...look inside your self;) bring your awareness to your inner experience ... notice where is your consciousness? here or fare ?  is it possible that distance is not really existing? and it is here where you Are ... What thoughts are going through your mind? as best you can just put them into words and just observe them don't get to deeply involve ... What body sensation are here right now? perhaps quickly scanning the whole body to pick up any sensations of tightening or bracing..
Now focus your attention on physical sensations of the breath... take a closer look in to the breath in the belly... feeling the sensations of the belly wall expanding as the breath comes in ... and the breath goes out ... follow the breath all the way up and down,,in and out.. anchor your self to the present moment.

Now expand the field of your awareness around your breathing so that in addition to the sensations of the breath , it includes a consciousness sense of the body as whole and facial expression .. Now you move even to expand the awareness to be aware of the place you are at now ... as fare as you can.. if you become aware of any sensation of discomfort , tension , or resistance ... take zero of them in breath and breathing out let them go... when your are focus on the breathing and the thoughts flowing by not really notice by you.. try to feel what you feeling now..is it a stillness ??

Let me be a bit more specific.

King Solomon said, “as a man thinks in his heart, so is he.“

This means—if you envision the life of your dreams in your head, you plant the seed to live the life of your dreams in this present reality.

Imagine being stress-free, where you’re no longer in the rat race because you already made it.

Instead, what you need to do is gain the knowledge to tap into the unlimited power of your mind, so you can attract the things you want in your life.

You must be connected to a system which is able to teach you the secrets of controlling your mind, rising above reality and seizing your inner potential.

If you can just for one Day ... hold in your mind thought of peace love and compassion ... allow that feeling to take on your whole body and become that feeling...

Easy few steps to start meditation...

Music will be your first companion... I will recommend (any ambient or solfeggio harmonics) that is an appropriate source of vibration, on which we are focus all our attention. You can imagine that you are the music and flow deeper into relaxation . Then you can expand experience of introducing an additional element of breath ... it is the basis for every meditation. First note how inhaling air finds its way into the lungs, note the temperature, energizing air which enters through the nose all the way into the Lungs and then begins to pursue an your whole body. watch as breathing air evenly filled entire body.  You can start from the fingertips through the arms, calves, thighs, chest and head. Note the smallest muscle tension and relax them ...when you breathing out the air relax even more

Great battles taking place also in your head (between good and bad)(which side usually wins?)Who is really in charge ? sometimes captainDOUBT ;)There is nothing more dreadful than the habit of doubt.Doubt separates people . It is a poison that disintegrates friendships and breaks up pleasant relations.It is a thorn that irritates and hurts (it is a sword that kills) and the soldiers are our thoughts ..All that we are is the result of what we have thought .The thought manifest as the word ..the word manifest as the deed... the deed develops into habit and ..habit hardens into character..So watch the thought and its ways with care ...it have a power to create your world... radiates on the outside and manifest as a illusion .I will urge you to began by being clear with yourself .Rather than turn to others,look inside,in silence,for the enemy of your progress.Whatever part of your life is in disarray,stop and consider.You will recognize the outer enemy as clear reflection of what you have,until now,been unable or unwilling to recognize as coming from within.Above all be humble.Breaking the momentum of past habits is the challenge.In the life of the Spirit you are always at the beginning.He who conquers others is strong ...He who conquers himself is mighty.He who controls others maybe powerful ..but He who has mastered himself is mightier  still...
