that is an appropriate source of vibration, on which we are focus all our attention. You can imagine that you are the music and flow deeper into relaxation . Then you can expand experience of introducing an additional element of breath ... it is the basis for every meditation. First note how inhaling air finds its way into the lungs, note the temperature, energizing air which enters through the nose all the way into the Lungs and then begins to pursue an your whole body. watch as breathing air evenly filled entire body. You can start from the fingertips through the arms, calves, thighs, chest and head. Note the smallest muscle tension and relax them ...when you breathing out the air relax even more
